A secure private cloud for your business

File transfer, field documentation, internal communication — directly between the devices. Data sovereignty that stays in your business.

Typical business setups

Two setups that many small businesses would run today — if the right software existed.

Business with many PCs

Secure file delivery and chat between office computers — directly between the devices.

VluxPC Learn more

In many businesses, internal communication and file handover runs through email attachments, WhatsApp or cloud storage today. That’s awkward, error-prone and legally tricky in places.

VluxNet connects all office computers into a private cloud. You send files directly between devices — even large files with no cloud quota, end-to-end encrypted. Business messages run through the integrated chat, not WhatsApp anymore.

What you need:

  • VluxPC on every office computer

Roadmap In preparation: shared folders with version control and lock mechanism — so two people never work on the same file in parallel again.

Business with field staff

Field staff deliver photos and documents to the office automatically — as soon as they return.

Field staff document with their phone: construction sites, damage, client meetings, measurements. These pictures need to reach the office — today often via WhatsApp, which is awkward in a business context, or via email, which is cumbersome.

With VluxNet the phone backs up all new photos automatically as soon as the employee returns to office Wi-Fi. Sorted by employee and date, straight onto the company server. Back-office staff can always see: this employee, this day, these pictures.

What you need:

  • VluxPC on a company server or dedicated PC as the hub
  • VluxApp on the field staff phones
  • Office Wi-Fi that recognizes field staff automatically on return

What VluxNet does at work

Features that take pressure off the daily office routine.

What VluxNet saves you

Concrete savings for a typical 12-person business. Exact amounts depend on your setup — the order of magnitude is real.

VluxNet often gets interesting for privacy reasons first. But in everyday business you’ll feel other effects too: less search time, less version frustration, less power consumption, lower running cloud costs. The list below shows orders of magnitude for a 12-person business as a reference — actual values vary by business.

Time saved in the office

An office worker who today picks photos out of WhatsApp groups and sorts them into job folders saves an estimated 15 minutes per day with VluxNet. Over a year that adds up to noticeable relief in the back office.

~ €900 per year

Energy saved via local P2P

Data moves directly between devices instead of detouring through cloud servers. That saves energy — roughly 15–25 kWh per employee per year. For a 12-person business this adds up to a measurable order of magnitude.

~ €45–75 electricity / year

Cloud subscriptions become optional

If you currently pay for cloud storage like OneDrive Business or Dropbox Business, you can replace these subscriptions in part or fully — that, however, is a deliberate decision, not an automatic side effect of VluxNet.

up to €7–12 / employee / month

These numbers are orders of magnitude, not promises. The actual savings depend on how your business is organized today, which cloud services you use, and how consistently you adopt VluxNet. What can be said: in total, the effects are noticeable — especially in smaller businesses, where every hour of office work counts.
